Christina Clark

Christina Clark is an investor and global strategist focused on early-stage technology companies through her family office, Cacker Capital. 

Since founding the firm, she has invested in AI/ML, enterprise software, healthcare, real estate, and energy—backing founders building at the frontier of how we live and work.

In parallel, Christina serves as Vice Chairman in Newmark’s Occupier Services group, where she advises companies including OpenAI, KKR, and Box on global real estate and infrastructure strategy. Over her 20+ year career, she has negotiated more than $4 billion in transactions across 30 countries, giving her a unique lens into how companies scale physically alongside technological growth.

Christina brings a differentiated perspective at the intersection of capital, company building, and real-world execution—partnering with founders not just as an investor, but as a strategic operator across growth, infrastructure, and go-to-market decisions.

Matt Bloodgood

Matt Bloodgood is an investor and operator who partners with early-stage technology founders building category-defining companies. He focuses on backing ambitious entrepreneurs at the earliest stages and helping them scale go-to-market execution, customer success, and enterprise adoption.

Matt brings a blend of investing and operating experience across startups and global technology companies. Most recently, Matt led Sales for a venture-backed Digital Health company targeting AI and medical record discovery. Earlier in his career, Matt held leadership roles at Salesforce supporting high-growth medical device and biotech companies. Prior to Salesforce, he consulted Deloitte and Ernst & Young advising Fortune-100 healthcare clients on technology strategy and digital transformation.

In addition to investing, Matt is an active advisor to founders and early-stage teams, helping companies develop repeatable go-to-market motions, build high-performing revenue organizations, and navigate the transition from early traction to scalable growth.
